- Home study during segments

- Ongoing support throughout the training by local MHCA master trainer
After succesful completion of the Meta Health Coach Certification Training you will:
- Be able to apply the 3-Step Meta Health Coaching Process including advanced mind-body-diagnostics, health transformation and coaching
- Understand the mind-body-social connection
- Apply advanced mind-body-social analysis in your practice
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the emotional and psychological relationship of organs, symptoms and health issues
- Create awareness of the triggers and dynamics of health issues
- Elicit the major points and phases of disease and healing
- Access the keys to motivation and why people change and why not
- Unlock people's healing potential through health supporting lifestyle changes
- Develop in-depth meta health plans for your clients
- Administer group meta health coaching sessions

- Understand how to create a successful career as an Meta Health Coach
Training participants will receive a certificate of attendance which is required to apply for certification through the Meta Health Coach Association.
